Unwanted items need to be: unused and returned in their original packaging and arrive back with us undamaged and saleable as new.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable. However, the returns shipping cost to the customer for alternative / replacement products will be discounted 50% subject to us receiving the original goods undamaged as stated above.

Post and Packaging costs are calculated automatically and are determined by adding together the total weight (sometimes volumetric weight exceeds actual weight) of all the items ordered and then calculating the cost in accordance with the chosen destinations delivery rate.
The overall boxes physical dimensions are multiplied together to determine the volumetric weight. The volumetric weight is then compared to the actual (real) weight of the package, and the larger of the two is used for the calculation.
